Jason reveals that he's been thinking about making changes ever since his son watched the WSB cart him off. He's no longer willing to kill for Sonny or do anything else that could land him in danger, both physical and legal. He also wants to set a good example for Danny, and that's even before Sonny tells him that Danny expressed interest in mobbing up. Sonny's sad to end their decades-long work relationship, but he understands why Jason wants this and gives his blessing. Anna apologetically tells Carly that she's known for months that Josslyn was in the WSB and wanted Brennan to tell her. Carly surprises herself by being grateful rather than furious, as she can tell that Anna really cares about Josslyn's well-being. Valentin senses that something isn't right with Anna and guesses that she's struggling with the aftermath of what she's been through the past few months. Gio, Trina, and Kai show up late for a meeting with Brook and Simon, at which it comes out that the label thinks that Gio and Trina are a couple and planned to market them that way. They object to the possibility of faking a relationship, but Brook assures them that she'll work everything out. Josslyn catches Brennan and Nina together and tries to convince her boss that he's make a big mistake getting involved with her. Brennan makes it clear that the topic is not up for discussion and he isn't interested in her opinions on his personal life. Elizabeth tries to reassure Dante that he did the right thing by protecting Rocco, even if it meant compromising his professional ethics. He appreciates that he has someone he can talk to about his big secret. Ric hangs around way too long and is way too suspicious of them. Valentin thinks that Brennan is only interested in Nina because she's his ex, and he tries to warn her away from him. Carly finds it hot. Anna is pleased to hear Emma say that she can never see herself working for the WSB. Peter plays on her love for her granddaughter to try to convince her that Britt will use Emma to get to her.
It took him five years but Jason finally realized that, actually, he can put his family ahead of Sonny.
I know Josslyn is new to the workforce but she has to know that you can't talk to your boss like that.
If I were Trina and Gio, I wouldn't want to be associated with a label that based an entire marketing strategy on an assumption.

Despite not liking that Phoebe will never get to learn anything about her birth father, Brook and Chase happily sign the adoption papers. Meanwhile, Hudson follows Ethan to Norway and confronts him for stealing from him and driving Delilah away. Ethan tells him that Delilah died, then lies that the baby did, too. Hudson beats him up and threatens to go after his mother and sisters if he learns that Ethan lied. Ethan calls Ava to quadruple-check that she'll keep quiet about his connection to the baby. Hudson listens through a bug and is very interested in what he hears. Never one to just be happy with what she has, Willow tells Nina and Obrecht that she's going to urge Anna to reopen Drew's shooting in hopes that Michael will be implicated. Obrecht notes that using her political office to get something she wants is very Drew-ish. She also advises Willow to leave Nina out of her machinations. Nina, however, has fully inserted herself by calling Brennan and telling him about Willow's plan. She's unaware that Trina has overheard. Martin moderates a conversation between Drew and Curtis in which Drew claims he wants to make amends, starting by helping Curtis in court. He's willing to testify that Joe misunderstood when he stated that Willow was near the crash site the night of the accident, which will ruin the prosecution's plans to present her as an alternative to Isaiah as the mystery driver. Curtis is smart enough not to trust him, even when Drew says he's trying to help ensure that Curtis doesn't lose time with his son. Carly tries to get Michael on her side about Josslyn's new job, but he thinks it's cool (well, except for the part where she got shot). Then he starts feeling bad about what he sees as neglecting his mother and sister, as if they needed his supervision, and as if he would have been able to put together what Josslyn was up to. They dismiss the "neglect" because he was busy dealing with Willow, and the three of them brace for another round of the never-ending custody mess. Ava wants to make Trina a partner in the gallery, but she's fully supportive of Trina's reasons to turn her down, and just happy that Trina wants to stay on part-time for a while. They discuss Ethan's sudden departure and how things are unfinished between him and Ava, which has left her feeling like she was conned.
Aww, Phoebe's middle name, Jacqueline, must be for Jackie.
I cracked up at Gio going, "La la la" and trying to cover Phoebe's ears when Ned and Olivia's conversation got a little too adult.
The speculation is that they're going to pair Hudson with Josslyn. No way is anyone going to root for that.
Just when we thought Trina didn't know enough people's secrets...
No, for real, why is Drew offering to help Curtis? Also, it doesn't matter if he does. It doesn't matter who the driver was! Even if it were Isaiah, that doesn't excuse Curtis assaulting him!
If I were Josslyn, I absolutely would have moved the spotlight off of myself by telling Michael all about Carly's new boyfriend.
